Questions

Which shoots count towards my tier?

Any paid Resense shoot: studio portraits, kids and birthdays, couples, weddings, events and films. Academy courses and retouching don't count.

Do my previous shoots expire?

Shoots from the last 3 years count. Older shoots are welcome too, but we can't always find them in our records.

Can I combine the discount with other offers?

One discount per booking. If you have a referral discount and a loyalty discount, we apply whichever is bigger.

Why is the wedding discount smaller?

Weddings, events and films need larger crews and more editing time, so every member gets a flat 10% on those instead of the tier discount.
